Knowing whether your work is making a real difference matters deeply to yourtown. Ethicol partnered with them to build a social impact measurement framework grounded in and aligned with what the organisation is actually trying to achieve.
We started with a thorough review of yourtown's strategy, Theory of Change, and existing measurement tools, before researching best practice frameworks from across the sector including ARACY's Nest, the NSW Mental Health Commission indicators, the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale, and the Wellbeing Outcome Star.
Alongside the research, Ethicol worked closely with leadership and service teams across yourtown, gathering insights to make sure the framework would reflect the real outcomes they were working toward, not just the ones that are easy to measure.
The final output was a practical, tailored framework alongside recommended tools and indicators and a detailed implementation plan to support yourtown in embedding measurement into how they work, learning from it as they go, and using it to keep improving the services that matter to the young people they serve.
