OUR SERVICES

Co-Design

The people closest to a problem should be closest to its solution. We use the Co.Design4All methodology to bring communities, service users, and practitioners into the design process, not as consultation, but as genuine co-creators.

WITH ETHICOL
Co-design with the people closest to the problem
Co.Design4All
Using the Co.Design4All methodology, we bring health professionals, service users and communities into model of care design, service planning, and program development. People are treated as genuine co-creators, not a consultation step, because those closest to a problem are usually closest to its solution. The services and programs you build work in practice, and the people who use them recognise themselves in the design.
Services and programs that work because the people who use them helped shape them.

Who better to design it?
Strategy and policy land better when the people who carry them out help create them. We facilitate co-design that integrates the knowledge of staff, partners and affected communities into strategic direction and policy decisions. We then co-create the tools and resources that bring those decisions to life, grounded in lived experience so they earn their place in everyday practice.
Decisions that hold up because the right people helped make them.

Engagement that’s the real thing
We start with stakeholder mapping, working out who needs to be involved and how to bring them in effectively. From there we run engagement that is a genuine conversation rather than a tick-box exercise, giving communities a real voice in decisions that affect them. The right people, identified early and brought in properly, make for more productive conversations and a process that builds trust.
Engagement communities recognise as the real thing.
