The National Wellbeing Alliance came to Ethicol with a clear intent: to build a strategic plan that would genuinely guide where the organisation was heading, not just sit on a shelf.

The National Wellbeing Alliance came to Ethicol with a clear intent: to build a strategic plan that would genuinely guide where the organisation was heading, not just sit on a shelf.

Ethicol worked closely alongside the NWA leadership team to co-design the strategy from the ground up. We started by getting under the skin of the organisation, reviewing existing plans, priorities, and performance data and facilitating a series of workshops with the NWA team. These were structured to provoke honest reflection, surface insights that don't always make it into formal documents, and build real alignment around the organisation's context, aspirations, and priorities. What does the future look like? What are we here to do? What's standing between where we are and where we want to be?

Through those conversations, the team identified the pillars of their strategy, clarified their goals, and mapped out who owns what to keep things moving. Ethicol guided the process, but the strategy that emerged was unmistakably NWA's.

The result was a cohesive strategic framework providing the team with clarity on ownership and next steps, a stronger sense of shared direction, and the confidence to take coordinated steps toward the communities they exist to serve.
